We will evaluate the needs of each foster child with each Resource Family; based on strengths, experiences, and preferences of the family. Our Intake department is given information about each potential foster child placement by the County and that information is shared with each Resource Parent.

Rebuilding Lives Foster Family Agency recruits, trains, approves, and supports Resource Families to care for foster children through San Bernardino County. Once a foster child has been placed with a Resource Family, Rebuilding Lives Foster Family Agency continues to provide support, care, supervision, on going educational needs,  and therapeutic services. 

The purpose of this Agency is to rebuild the lives of foster children who have been victims of abuse so that when they transition out of foster care, they have a solid healthy foundation to lead a healthy life.  
 

It is our goal to continue to provide each child in placement with a continuity of care, nurture, and services, which will meet their individualized needs as well as the needs of their biological families.

• 24-Hour Support Services
• Development in Social and Coping Skills
• Preparation for Independent Living
• Tutoring Services at the Agency's Learning Center
• Resource Family Support Group
• Supervision of family visits

Rebuilding Lives' Agency Social Workers are the foundation of the services we provide. Our Agency Social Workers hold graduate degrees and possess extensive experience in child development and therapeutic support.  

Our Agency Social Workers develop a close relationship with our Resource Families, make weekly visits, provide any additional support needed for placement stability, help the Resource Family maintain records, and are available 24/7.
